The historic bridge located in the UNESCO Drömling Biosphere Reserve is a particularly notable structure. Built in 1906, it spans a sensitive natural environment and is listed as a heritage structure today. To ensure its load-bearing capacity for future generations, it was carefully rehabilitated using a combination of modern construction techniques and traditional craftsmanship. The strengthening of the upper surface with CRC played a central role, providing a durable and sustainable solution without affecting the historical fabric of the structure.

Below the bridge, conventional strengthening methods were used to secure the load-bearing components in the long term. In addition, further rehabilitation works and adjacent new construction measures were carried out.
