Our daily efforts to achieve the construction industry’s specific climate goals through the preservation of existing structures using the CARBOrefit® procedure have been recognized! The CARBOrefit® consortium has been awarded the Deutscher Rohstoffeffizienz-Preis (German Resource Efficiency Award) 2022 in the "Companies" category.

This award, presented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, honors innovative companies and research institutions that are particularly committed to the conscious and efficient use of resources. Preventing the demolition of existing reinforced concrete structures by using carbon reinforced concrete extends their service life and thus avoids material-, energy-, and emission-intensive new constructions – it was on this basis that the CARBOrefit® procedure convinced the jury!
